Following on from numerous design and innovation awards since the app’s launch in 2016, our work with Länsförsäkringar last night picked up the award for Best Mobile Solution at the annual Web Service Award (WSA). Even sweeter, the award is one of the few in the industry based upon what we believe to be most important – user experience and satisfaction.
Now in its 17th year, the theme for the 2017 WSA conference, which culminates in the awards gala, was ‘Knowing Your Users is Gold’ – a mantra that we couldn’t agree with more here at Screen Interaction. It’s this unwavering approach, and our working relationship with the in-house team at Länsförsäkringar that has enabled us to get to know its customers, their wants, needs and habits inside-out – leading to an app that is continually evolving and improving, and making the bank’s customers’ everyday lives simpler.
The award was presented at the annual award ceremony, an event that sees over 200 industry professionals come together, and a host of speakers sharing their thoughts and experiences on the digital world today.
This year’s speakers included our very own CEO, Pernilla Dahlman, who discussed how a culture of innovation is the foundation for customer-driven business, and Head of Insight and Innovation at Länsförsäkringar AB, Sofia Grosche, whose team we’ve worked with closely on the development of the bank’s award-winning mobile app.
What’s more, Matilda Ringström and Tove Fasth from Länsförsäkringar’s digital team shared their insights on what has made the banking app such a success among both industry insiders and customers alike.
