The award is based on Sweden’s largest website survey, with 155 891 respondents – making it a genuine marker for the opinion of real users, not just industry insiders.
Länsförsäkringar‘s mobile app has received several prestigious awards in the past few years, and is the result of a close collaboration between the team here at Screen Interaction and the client team at Länsförsäkringar. In addition to the double win on Wednesday, the app is also nominated for Banking app of the Year at Mobilgalan 2015, which is held on Thursday.
“The fact that our app has been nominated for a Web Service Award for four years running and has won three times tells us that our way of working is right,” says Susanne Bergh, head of digital channels at Länsförsäkringar Bank.
