At last night’s Mobilgalan, the Swedish Mobile Awards in Stockholm, our client Länsförsäkringar celebrated another high-profile award win for its mobile banking services, including the app that’s the result of a close and fruitful collaboration between the bank’s digital team and Screen Interaction.
Created to honour the brightest mobile innovations of the year, Mobilgalan awarded Länsförsäkringar the Mobile Bank of the Year category, less than 24 hours after the bank’s app received two other mobile accolades at the Web Service Awards.
On collecting the award, Susanne Berg, Head of Digital Channels for Länsförsäkringar, noted the Screen Interaction team’s essential part in the bank’s continuing mobile success, saying “I’m thrilled and incredibly proud about our mobile team, who are doing a fantastic job. I’ve asked them to develop Sweden’s best banking app, and they just keep on surpassing that goal, and Screen Interaction has a huge and important role.”
Much more than another award to add to the ever-increasing collection for the Länsförsäkringar app, Screen Interaction CEO Pernilla Dahlman believes that the positive response epitomises the impact of a truly collaborative process between the numerous client and agency teams. “To see our clients win awards as a result of our mutual efforts and partnership is just incredible,” says Pernilla. “This award is proof that digital service development works best as a close collaboration between design and development teams, and with customers’ needs as a starting point.”
For the second year in a row we’re awarded an iF Design Award in the Service Design category.
For the third consecutive year, we are among the winners of the Red Dot Award.
