Extra chairs were needed at our latest Breakfast Seminar “Digital Transformation in Practice” to accommodate attendees as they were treated to three inspiring talks on leading an organization in change.
First up was our own CEO, Pernilla Dahlman, who presented findings from the soon to be launched Modighetsrapporten (“Daresay Courage Report”) and – fresh from transforming Screen Interaction into Daresay – walked through the key steps to successful digital transformation. Anki Ahrnell, Bonnier CDO, wowed us with tales of transforming a 200-year old publishing giant into an innovative, agile and collaborative organisation that embraces digitilisation, before finishing with a warning about the importance of acting now. Watch her presentation here (in Swedish).
Finally, Johan Hallenborg, CTO at Kalmar County Council, revealed how the healthcare system in Kalmar has been transformed to improve patient treatment and staff morale, through the eyes of a new constituent – his granddaughter. Watch his presentation here (in Swedish).
